Job Description

From IV tubing to medical-grade heat shrink, our client provides customers with the broadest, most versatile tubing solutions for different medical and industrial applications. Their office in King of Prussia is seeking an experienced Project Manager. This position is responsible for managing and coordinating all orders and projects within an assigned region. Ensuring projects are within scope, budget and schedule.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Follow all safety rules and regulations, all work must be done thinking “Safety First”.
• For all on -site positions, must show up to work to perform job duties.
• Manage and coordinate all orders and projects within an assigned region.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the Lighthouse/customer contract.
• Ensure projects are within scope, budget and schedule.
• Work with customers and manage/support field staff to provide quality work and customer satisfaction.
• Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors, subcontractors and customer.
• Prepares project status reports and keeps management, clients, and others informed of project status and related issues.
• Coordinates and responds to requests for changes from original specifications.
• Develop, schedule and lead project close-out processes.
• Good communication skills.
• Get along with others, not creating a hostile work environment.

Education and Experience:

Required:

• One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a MUST
