Salary Range: $70k-$100k+ salary based on experience and the potential to partner with the leadership team to build a bonus plan based on departmental KPIs/goals.

The Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Print Production to oversee our commercial printing operations. You’ll manage day-to-day production, lead and develop our print team, and provide high-level reporting and metrics to our leadership. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and deeply understand commercial printing and workflow optimization, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee end-to-end print production operations , ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Manage and develop a team of production staff, setting performance goals and driving a culture of accountability.
• Implement and improve processes, workflows, and quality control to scale operations effectively.
• Track, analyze, and present key production metrics to leadership, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and supply chain efficiency to avoid production bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with leadership to align production capacity with business growth.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and implement best practices in commercial printing.

What You Bring to the Table:

✅ 5+ years of experience in commercial print production, operations management, or a related field.

✅ Strong leadership and people management skills—you're comfortable managing a team in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

✅ Hands-on experience with print equipment, workflows, and production software .

✅ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize processes for efficiency and scale .

✅ Experience working with direct mail, variable data printing, or automated print solutions (preferred).
