Reporting to the CEO, the new CNO will be responsible for leading the major patient care service teams across the system including 3 acute care units, Medical Intensive Care, and Surgical Intensive Care. The CNO, along with his/her team of direct reports, are responsible for execution of the vision to ensure that the highest standards of excellence, patient care, and employee engagement are realized in assigned areas. The CNO and the CMO are strategic partners in care delivery. There positions must work in tandem along with the Chief Hospitalist. Together this team sets the standard for providing excellent patient care every day in every way.
