Job Description:
Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the digital platform management domain
Oversee the development and configuration of Salesforce applications to ensure they meet business requirements
Provide guidance and support to the team on TW Digital Salesforce Dev and TW Digital Salesforce Config Admin tasks
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes
Utilize TW Digital Platform Mgmt. skills to optimize platform performance and user experience
Contribute to the company purpose by delivering high-quality digital solutions that positively impact society
