Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Engage dermatology clinics, introduce our cutting-edge digital pathology solutions, and convert prospects into satisfied clients.
  • Client Onboarding & Support: Guide new clients through system implementation, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Competitive Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to outperform competitors and capture market share.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Proven B2B sales experience; medical sales background is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a talent for winning over clients and colleagues alike.
  • Attributes: Ambitious, fearless, and eager to learn a new industry. Comfortable with cold calling and proactive client engagement.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with third-party reimbursement processes involving commercial insurance and government payers is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: Competitive base salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Commission: Lucrative commission structure with potential to significantly increase earnings, offering the opportunity to double or even triple the base salary.
