Job Description: Mall Arcade Employee
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Mall Arcade Employee to join our team at Level Up Arcade Gainesville, located in The Oaks Mall. As a key member of our arcade staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining arcade games, and ensuring a fun and safe environment for all guests. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Address inquiries, provide game instructions, and ensure a positive gaming experience.
Game Maintenance: Monitor and maintain arcade machines, ensuring they are clean, functional, and stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., plush).
Safety and Cleanliness: Uphold cleanliness standards in the arcade area. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed to create a safe environment for guests.
Event Support: Assist in organizing and executing special events or tournaments, including setting up equipment and managing participant registrations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive work environment.
Qualifications:
Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old .
Customer Service Skills: Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required. A friendly demeanor and strong communication skills are essential.
Technical Skills: No experience required but is preferred. Willingness to learn about game operations and maintenance.
Availability: Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Team Player: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
