Your Mission

You’ll take full ownership of our custom home-building projects, ensuring they’re delivered with precision, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on role that requires laser focus, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to inspire and manage contractors effectively.

You will start as an  On-Site Project Manager and, through your determination and results, position yourself for advancement into senior leadership roles. If you’re the best, you’ll rise to the top.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead from the Front: Oversee contractors to ensure top-quality construction for custom-designed homes.
  • Own the Schedule: Drive efficiency by managing a detailed construction schedule with precision and urgency.

  • Engage Customers: Deliver an unparalleled custom home-building experience through direct communication with homeowners.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation : $100,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year

  • Salary Range varies greatly on purpose- There is much opportunity in this position , but you have to earn it. It is evaluated by the value that we feel you bring to our team and our customers.
