What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with Designers and Project Managers in both our Salem, NH and Nashua, NH locations to create accurate project estimates.
• Analyze blueprints, proposals, and specifications to determine costs.
• Build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
• Contribute to the success of our projects by ensuring budgets align with client expectations.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience – 5 years in residential remodeling estimating.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs from frame to finish.
• Familiarity with estimating software such as JobTread, BuilderTrend, Procore or Co-construct.
• Familiarity with CAD software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A commitment to our core values and a passion for top-notch results.
