Recruiter (Remote)

We are looking for a Recruiter for a global B2B high-tech company. The focus of this role will be to source and recruit talented professionals. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, calling, and using processes to finalize hiring each candidate. The recruiter will be expected to keep their candidate data up to date and be required to give weekly updates to their leadership.

This is a 6-month project (extensions possible), 40 hours per week, Remote in Asia.

This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits and 401K offered.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to source, attract, screen, recruit and select high-quality Account Executive and other sales support candidates
• Perform candidate interviews, assessments, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
• Drive the recruiting process from sourcing to candidate acceptance.
• Develop candidate offer package recommendations and closing strategies in tandem with hiring management.
• Develop continuous sourcing strategies for assigned groups, including referral generation, position postings, direct sourcing/cold calling and networking to develop a continuous pool of candidates.
• Establish and maintain solid working relationships with hiring managers.
• Work with recruitment coordinator(s) for candidate interview scheduling, offer letter generation, job postings, etc

Requirements:

• 5+ years of recruiting for various roles in large global B2B High Tech Companies, experience with SaaS companies preferred
• Strong sourcing experience
• Strong skills/ability to work with recruiters and hiring managers
• Ability to connect with and interest candidates
• Experience with ATS systems, Linkedin, and other job portals to attract sales candidate

Compensation: $45/hr - $55/hr
