Job Title: Recruiter - Onboarding/Offboarding Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruiter - Onboarding/Offboarding Specialist to manage and streamline the hiring and separation processes for contractors and employees. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in human resources, staffing, or a related field, with a focus on ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the contractor hiring process by coordinating with HCTRA divisions to meet staffing needs, including processing and updating new hire records, requesting background screenings, and approving badge and VPN access.
• Advise HCTRA divisions when contractors are cleared to begin their assignments.
• Schedule, prepare materials, and coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless start for new hires.
• Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and other departments to create a positive onboarding experience.
• Support offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and efficient handling of separations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in human resources, staffing, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in managing documentation and adhering to HR compliance standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments to meet organizational goals.
