In this role, you’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top construction talent to meet the growing demand of our clients. If you have a knack for building relationships, a passion for staffing, and the tenacity to meet aggressive hiring goals, we want you on our team!
✅ Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to attract top-tier workers in the construction industry.
✅ Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a strong match for both skills and company culture.
✅ Build relationships with candidates and create a strong talent pipeline to meet ongoing workforce needs.
✅ Collaborate with hiring managers and sales teams to understand job requirements and fill roles efficiently .
✅ Use platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and job boards to identify and engage top talent .
✅ Stay up to date on trends in construction staffing and continuously improve our hiring process.
✔️ 3+ years of recruiting experience , ideally in construction, staffing, or skilled trades.
✔️ Strong sourcing and networking skills —you know how to find talent before they’re even looking.
✔️ Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities .
✔️ High-energy, results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting hiring goals .
✔️ Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates at once while staying organized.
✔️ Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other hiring tools is a plus.
