Position: Recruiter – Tax Project (Utah Only)

Location: Remote (Must reside within 100 miles of Salt Lake City, Utah)

Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team and support high-volume hiring efforts for the upcoming tax season. You’ll play a critical role in helping us onboard qualified candidates to meet our ambitious hiring goals. This position is 100% remote, but you may be asked to conduct in-person interviews within the Salt Lake City area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard 25 agents weekly , with a total of 180–200 hires by critical deadlines (WS0323, WS0330, WS0406).
• Organize and facilitate group interviews to screen and evaluate candidates effectively.
• Manage administrative tasks including email communication, application follow-ups, and record management.
• Source and attract candidates using various platforms such as ZipRecruiter , Monster , and other job boards.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring procedures and documentation standards.
• Maintain excellent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide a seamless experience.

Qualifications:

• Must be located within 100 miles of Salt Lake City, Utah .
• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within a seasonal or contract environment.
• Proficiency in using job boards and recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Work Environment:

• 100% remote role with flexibility, but occasional in-person interviews may be required.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
