Job Description

An AMLaw 100 law firm is seeking a transactional real estate paralegal to join their Boston-based team. An ideal candidate will have dealt in large-scale real estate transactions and have at least 3 years of real estate paralegal experience within a law firm.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents, closing documents, exhibits, instruction letters, titles, surveys, etc.
• Collecting and evaluating legal research, documents for formation, management, maintenance, and dissolutions for various corporations, based on State required needs.
• Coordinating and attending client meetings, legal proceedings, and coordination meetings.
• Providing transactional support, including initial draft of documents, resolutions, checklists, research, proofing, editing, and document organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certification (from ABA approved program)
• 3+ years of law firm experience as Transactional Real Estate Paralegal
• Strong organizational and communication skills

This will be a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Please apply now for consideration.
