Property Administrator needed for a long-term TEMPORARY contract. The role is ONSITE in Irvine by the airport. We are looking for a Property Administrator to join our Commercial Real Estate Management team. The Property Administrator's primary responsibility is to provide administrative and operational support for management teams and retail property portfolios.
The ideal candidate has 2-4 experience, preferably in commercial real estate, and possesses a professional, customer-service oriented approach to all aspects of the role.
Responsibilities:
* Issuing work orders and maintaining utility logs.
* Maintaining contact databases.
* Organizing and maintaining tenant and property files.
* Collecting and tracking of gross sales and insurance certificates for portfolio.
* Coding invoices, tracking accounts receivables, and processing account payables.
* Participating in the coordination and collection of all revenues; and communicating with accounting department to ensure accuracy of rent roll and accounts receivable.
* Additional administrative support including typing correspondence, compiling pdfs and other tasks associated with property transitions.
Qualifications:
* Two plus years property management experience.
* Two years administrative experience is a plus.
* Experience with Yardi is a plus.
* Experienced with all Office 365 platforms, as well as Adobe Acrobat.
* Strong communication (verbal and written) skills.
* A candidate that constantly strives for improvements in work processes to better meet team and client expectations.
