Role Description

As a BLUE Painting Project Advisor you are the heart beat of our organization. You'll lead the customer through their experience and help them to reimagine and rediscover their home.

  • In Home Estimates
  • Project Starts
  • Project Completions & earning referrals

What's successful day look like as Project Advisor?

  • A project kick-off in the morning with client and painters (client will be excited!)
  • A job is finished and you'll stop by to check it out (earning your back end commission - 12% of gross profit)
  • Afternoon of estimates with new clients (digital presentation and easy estimating software)
  • Getting a "Yes!" you'll book a new job (upfront commission - 5% or 8% of the job total)

This role is very independent and great for someone who wants to:

We offer base pay during training and competitive commission pay after (roughly 12% commission + bonuses)

Qualifications

  • Live or commute to our service area (twin cities + 30 miles radius)
  • Reliable Vehicle & Drivers License
  • Smartphone & Reliable Phone Service
  • Experience in Sales or a strong desire to learn
  • No painting experience necesssary

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
