About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager / Manufacturing Engineer to establish and optimize our production infrastructure, ensuring lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies drive efficiency and quality. This role requires hands-on experience in setting up production and assembly lines, leveraging data-driven insights to improve processes, and implementing product changes throughout the production lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Infrastructure & Setup: Define and establish a scalable production infrastructure to enable efficient and defect-free manufacturing processes.
• Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma: Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles, ensuring high yield, efficiency, and process optimization.
• Assembly Line Implementation: Set up and optimize production and assembly lines at manufacturing sites, ensuring seamless integration of data collection and analysis.
• Data-Driven Process Improvement: Utilize statistical analysis and manufacturing data to drive continuous process improvements and initiate corrective actions.
• Defect Prevention & Quality Assurance: Monitor production and test databases to identify defects, eliminate failures, and ensure zero-defect delivery to customers.
• Executive Reporting: Provide regular and detailed reports on production performance, defect trends, and process improvements to the executive team.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee product changes throughout all phases of production, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, production management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and process optimization.
• Hands-on experience with production line setup and scaling manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and manufacturing databases.
• Ability to troubleshoot and implement corrective actions to optimize yield and eliminate defects.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
