We are looking for 5-Star Caregivers to provide light housekeeping and personal care services to the elderly and disabled in the comfort of their own homes.

Taking care of seniors in the privacy of their own homes is not just about housekeeping and giving clients personal care is about making our seniors feel comfortable and relaxed, reminiscing how they enjoy their life when younger. To feel clean and feel good about themselves by being pampered and appreciated for everything they did. That they can enjoy as much as they can, in their own home in clean atmosphere. Treading seniors as one of our own, the way we would want our parents and grandparents to feel when they are at that point of life.

 

1. Dependable : Arrives on time, ready to work. Maintains an unblemished attendance record. Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to fill vacant shifts when needed.
2. Thorough : Attentively follows designated care-plans, taking care to understand client needs in order to address them. Updates Care Plans to reflect changes in client care and informs Management of same.
3. Observant : Aware of a client’s unique personal and medical history so as to recognize changes, whether behavioral, physical, social, or psychological as they pertain to a client’s overall health and well-being. 
4. Clear & Concise : Communicates professionally, tactfully, and with discretion in verbal exchanges with the client, and family members. Records all activities and observations factually in the visit notes.
5. Follow-Through : Communicates with Management, ensuring that all issues, updates, changes, and concerns are reported to the office in a timely fashion.

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00

Qualifications:

• Must have valid Driver's license.
• Have Own Vehicle
• Ability to write, read, and speak English fluently.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate
• Good time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Assist client with ambulation and mobility around the house
• Assist client with personal care and hygiene
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the client
• Assist with shopping errands
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion
• Report any unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergences
