Job Description

Part-time Receptionist

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24-30 hours a week

Summary

The receptionist is responsible for creating a warm, friendly, inviting atmosphere for those visiting the client’s office including customers, business partners, prospective employees, and vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with exceptional customer service. Present space & assist with check-in.
  • Present a well-organized & clean welcome area.
  • Maintain security awareness.
  • Act as a point of reference for daily events & building amenities.
  • Develop & document preferred vendor list for local services. (Roladex / Playbook)
  • Coordinate transportation.
  • Maintain inventory relevant to the concierge area (umbrellas, parking validation, etc.).
  • Attend to all visitors & announce their arrival.
  • Assist with guest check-in & badging.
  • Ensure all lobby space is kept tidy.
  • Act as a point of contact for any building-related issues and place service request tickets with Building Maintenance (i.e. HVAC/climate control requests, spills, etc.)
  • Perform routine inspections for lobbies, conference rooms, convenience centers, and all public areas; and ensure areas are thoroughly clean and inventories maintained.

Required Qualifications:

· High School diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

· Excellent customer service skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)

· Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

· Written and oral Communication skills
