Description & Responsibilities

One of our firm’s key differentiators is our detail-oriented, responsive client service. The receptionist position is essential to maintaining this renowned level of quality service. You will support the Elwood & Goetz team and firm leadership through mission-critical operations. The receptionist is the first person to make in-person contact with our clients and should offer a welcoming and positive attitude. Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, maintaining client files, answering telephones, taking messages, returning calls, faxing, photocopying, filing, sorting mail, or mailing. 
  • Preparing meeting spaces.
  • Greeting and welcoming clients. 
  • Assisting with client gifting.
  • Provide additional assistance to office directors and partners as assigned.
  • Opening and closing the office.

All levels of experience are welcome and encouraged to apply for this position. However, previous experience in a similar administrative or operations role would be ideal. This position is based out of our Athens, Georgia, office.  This is for a part-time position of 25 hours per week.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Conscientious and detail-oriented.

Compensation & Benefits
