Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of emergency nurses in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Ensure delivery of exceptional patient-centered, evidence-based care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize workflow, improve patient outcomes, and enhance efficiency
- Develop and implement best practices, policies, and quality improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Active MA RN License (Required)
✔ BSN Required (master’s degree Preferred)
✔ 3-5 Years of Emergency Department Clinical Experience
✔ Charge Nurse or Supervisory Experience Preferred
✔ Strong Leadership, Communication & Problem-Solving Skills
✔ Proficiency in Healthcare Software & EMR Systems
