We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented NetSuite Administrator to join our innovative manufacturing team in Dallas, Texas. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing, maintaining, and optimising our NetSuite ERP system to support our growth and revolutionise our operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, elevate system functionality, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

NetSuite Administration :

• Manage and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform, including system configuration, data integrity, and system upgrades.
• Handle user roles, permissions, and account setups, ensuring appropriate access controls are in place.
• Provide day-to-day support for NetSuite users across various departments.

System Optimisation and Enhancements :

• Identify and implement system improvements to meet organisational needs.
• Develop workflows, scripts, saved searches, dashboards, and reports to improve efficiency and visibility.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to customise NetSuite modules based on business requirements.

Integration and Data Management :

• Oversee the integration of NetSuite with other business systems and third-party applications.
• Maintain data integrity through regular audits and ensure adherence to data governance standards.
• Migrate data into or out of NetSuite as required for business transitions or upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role managing NetSuite ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules (e.g., Financials, CRM, Inventory, Order Management).
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Familiarity with NetSuite integration tools (e.g., Celigo, Boomi) and data management practices.
• Proficient in creating workflows, custom fields, saved searches, and reports.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Certification as a NetSuite Administrator (preferred).
