*Mortgage Loan Originator**

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. This unique position offers the flexibility to work remotely and the opportunity to be dual-licensed as both a realtor and an MLO, allowing you to earn commissions on both mortgage loans and real estate transactions.

**Position Overview:**
- **Remote Work:** This is a remote position, offering flexibility and convenience.
- **Dual Licensing:** You have the option to be dual-licensed as a realtor and MLO, maximizing your earning potential.
- **Commission Structure:** Earn commissions on conventional loans, FHA, and VA loans, in addition to realtor commissions.

**Job Requirements:**
- **Licensing:** Must have an active NMLS mortgage license. Dual-licensed realtors must have active licenses with the State of Florida.
- **Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

**Responsibilities:**
- **Documentation:** Gather all necessary documentation required for processing mortgage loans.
- **Loan Processing Options:** Choose to pass off mortgage loan prospects to another company's MLO for completion, or utilize a lender's loan processing department or a third-party loan processing company.
- **Creativity and Integrity:** This role requires originality, creativity, and a strong commitment to ethical practices. Fraud will not be tolerated, and any employee found to have committed fraud will be terminated, with further appropriate actions possibly taken.

**Position Type:**
