Job Description

Salary: $80-85k

Location: Medford, OR

Must Haves:

-3 years of manufacturing engineering or design experience

-Bachelors in engineering (any discipline) or hands on-experience

-ERP experience, Excel experience

Plusses:

-Participation in continuous improvement projects

-Self-starter

-Ability to work independently

-Six Sigma Cert

Day to Day:

• Responsible for providing manufacturing support for existing products and for developing and introducing new processes to improve efficiency in the manufacturing process. Be an advocate for the manufacturing and assembly teams, meaning: Ensure proper tools are available for safe and efficient work; ensure necessary work instructions are available and up to date so that the build and ability to inspect is straightforward and clear; engage in continuous improvement of work area / line set up; help define and enforce standards. Design and develop manufacturing procedures, tooling, and fixtures that result in sufficient capacity to meet customer demand, while also promoting product quality, process efficiency, and operator safety
