We provide the independence of private practice within the supportive framework of a dynamic multispecialty organization.

Position Highlights:

• Compensation:
• Earn up to $90 per clinical hour based on experience specialty and priority needs.
• Flexible pay options: W2 1099 hourly or salary.
• Clinicians are paid per client hour following our private practice model.
• Priority Opportunities:
• Clinicians who are bilingual in Spanish and/or comfortable working with children under 12 will receive top priority and higher pay rates.
• Flexible Scheduling:
• Work/life balance is central to our practice. YOU choose the schedule that works best for YOU.
• Whether you want to see 10 clients/week or more we welcome you to create a caseload that aligns with your goals.

Requirements:

• Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• Willingness to work with clients of all ages and demographics with preference for those comfortable seeing children under 12.

• Fulltime (20 billable hours/week): Earn $70000 $110000 annually with a salaried option that includes builtin cancellation protection.

COVID19 Considerations:

Most sessions are conducted via telehealth. For inoffice work clinicians must be fully vaccinated against COVID19 or have an approved exemption on file. Remote clinicians face no restrictions.
