Licensed Esthetician – We’re looking for an experienced esthetician to join our team. Our ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of skin physiology and skincare ingredients. We offer customized facials, light therapy, dermaplaning, peels, brow and lash services, body waxing, and body treatments. We are looking for someone with experience with peels, dermaplaning, and Brazilian bikini waxes.

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Wisconsin Aesthetics License preferred to a Cosmetology License
· 1-2 years of experience in esthetics preferred. Bonus points if you have experience in Brazilian Bikini Waxing, Peels, and Dermaplaning. Bioelements and PCA Skin product training is not required, but beneficial.
· Communication and computer skills are required, Meevo 2 Software experience is a plus.

Hours available: (These hours may be split between two part-time applicants or one full time applicant.)
Mondays starting at 8:30a or ending at 8:30p
Tuesdays 8:30a-12:30p or 3:30-8:30p
Wednesdays 8:30a-1:30p or 3:30p-9:30p
Thursdays starting at 8:30a or ending at 9:30p
Fridays starting at 8:30a or ending at 8:30p
Saturdays 8:30-5p
Sundays 8:30-5p
Weekends can be every Sat or every Sun OR e/o Sat and Sun
Benefits and Compensation:
$48,000-$85,000 (30-40 hours)
$19,000-$62,000 (12-29 hours)
Starting pay is based on experience, and all team members are paid a guaranteed hourly wage whether performing services, training or helping the team. You should expect to receive an average of $30-$40 per hour to start (this includes gratuities) for every hour worked. We are very transparent regarding our pay and want to ensure that you not only understand the structure but are also compensated fairly.
