Job Summary:

• Create a welcoming inclusive classroom where students feel safe and empowered to learn.
  
• Establish and maintain behavioral guidelines that promote a productive learning atmosphere.
  
• Work closely with classroom teachers to integrate English language support across all subjects.
  
• Assess student development regularly and adjust instruction to ensure continuous language improvement.
  
• Design and deliver lessons aligned with school and state standards to support ELL students in their language acquisition.
  
• Provide personalized lessons to meet the specific needs of English Language Learner (ELL) students in oneonone and small group settings.
  

Requirements

• Earned a bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university.
  
• Possess a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an ESL endorsement.
  
• Demonstrate a successful track record as an ESL Teacher or in a comparable position.
  
• Showcase experience supporting students from diverse linguistic and cultural communities.
