About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Host to join our team in Ashland Springs FB, ASRES. As a Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and guests. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have a positive and memorable experience while visiting our establishment. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, and as such, you will need to be friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable about our services and offerings.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of food and beverage service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the establishment
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Answer any questions guests may have about the menu or establishment
• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure that guests are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns they may have

Skills:

As a Host, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members effectively. You will also need to have strong attention to detail to ensure that orders are processed accurately and guests are satisfied with their meals. Additionally, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods of time. Knowledge of food and beverage service is preferred but not required. Overall, your skills will be utilized to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our guests have a positive and memorable experience.
