Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist & Office Assistant

Type: Contract (With possible extension)

Pay Range: $20/Hr-$24/Hr

Job Description:

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist & Office Assistant to join our team in Red Lion, PA . As the first point of contact for our company, you will handle phone support, greet visitors, and provide general administrative assistance . This role supports daily office operations for a global provider of next-generation solutions in raised access flooring, structural ceilings, and data center containment .

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
• Greet and assist visitors and employees.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
• Assist with office organization and supply management.
• Support various departments with clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $20/Hr-$24/Hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
