Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input and maintain eligibility and payroll data within the claims administration system using established protocols.
Prepare and submit weekly status reports to the department supervisor, providing updates on task progress and data trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promptly identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Generate precise invoices in adherence to timelines and procedural standards.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with organizational policies and data security guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proficiency in database management, data entry practices, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience with claims administration systems or related fields is a plus.
Background in banking or financial services is acceptable.
Strong critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while seeking clarification when necessary.
Adaptable to new technologies, systems, and processes.
