Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining financial models, valuations and other in-depth financial and data analysis
  • Complete select financial analysis at the request of the executive team, finance team, or Board on select initiatives / projects
  • Help develop, implement and measure KPIs and prepare financial reporting with varying degrees of cadence as appropriate (daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly)
  • Proactively identify opportunities and gaps based on monitoring of KPIs, and establish goals accordingly
  • Support development of board, management and investor presentations
  • Working with senior management team to perform scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Help with execution of M&A including establishing and managing the structure, process, and areas of focus for the Company’s M&A strategy
  • Lead the diligence process of potential acquisition opportunities, including conducting key analysis as well as project managing the integration of successful acquisitions

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a highly analytical finance role. Similar or related industries in business unit finance or FP&A preferred
  • Undergraduate degree in finance or economics with strong academic record
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
