Chief Program Officer

Location : Santa Clara, CA

Position Type : Full-time, Direct Hire, Onsite

Salary : $150K - $180K

Responsibilities

• Oversee department programs and ensure they meet contractual obligations and client needs.
• Analyze program data and implement improvements.
• Lead program expansion and design.
• Facilitate collaboration across departments.
• Oversee grants, contracts, and documentation.
• Manage data collection and reporting.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops.
• Provide daily oversight and support for staff.
• Maintain program capacity with respect to revenue and expenditures.
• Negotiate contracts with the CEO and CFO.
• Assist in developing the agency budget.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a non-profit or social services setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of social services, behavioral health, housing, and youth programs.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and teams effectively.
