This is a long term contract (15-24 months) to help out with a Workday implementation project. This role is mostly remote with onsite as needed requirements. (at least 1x per month going to Tampa office)
JOB SUMMARY:
The Change Advisor will work with the Change Management Lead to champion the human side of change as part of the implementation of a full-cycle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. (Workday) This role will leverage knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools to help develop and implement a strategy to support stakeholder engagement and adoption of changes. This includes conducting and analyzing the results of impact analyses and change readiness assessments to enhance preparedness for the change. The Change Advisor will identify people's risks and will provide strategies to mitigate or address resistance. This role will help create change agent network materials and will work with functional leads to ensure alignment on topics and materials to be presented at change sessions. This Change Advisor will partner with Strategic Communications, Marketing, and Training Leads to assist with the design and execution of communication and training plans. The Change Advisor will develop sustainment plans and will help equip leaders to drive change.
