This is a long term contract (15-24 months) to help out with a Workday implementation project. This role is mostly remote with onsite as needed requirements. (at least 1x per month going to Tampa office)

JOB SUMMARY:

The Change Advisor will work with the Change Management Lead to champion the human side of change as part of the implementation of a full-cycle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. (Workday) This role will leverage knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools to help develop and implement a strategy to support stakeholder engagement and adoption of changes. This includes conducting and analyzing the results of impact analyses and change readiness assessments to enhance preparedness for the change. The Change Advisor will identify people's risks and will provide strategies to mitigate or address resistance. This role will help create change agent network materials and will work with functional leads to ensure alignment on topics and materials to be presented at change sessions. This Change Advisor will partner with Strategic Communications, Marketing, and Training Leads to assist with the design and execution of communication and training plans. The Change Advisor will develop sustainment plans and will help equip leaders to drive change.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Diagnoses client needs through a variety of methodologies such as interviews, focus groups, and surveys.
  • Conducts impact analyses and change readiness assessments.
  • Creates and implements strategies to address gaps between current and desired future state.
  • Identifies potential barriers to change from a people perspective.
  • Develops and implements strategies to address concerns or mitigate resistance.
  • Develops resources for the change agent network to help ensure awareness and adoption of changes.
  • Supports the design and facilitation of change agent network meetings.
  • Designs and facilitates change sessions and programs to meet client needs and positively impact initiative goals.
  • Disseminates assessments and conducts quantitative/qualitative data analysis to determine program's impact.
  • Develops and implements evidenced-based interventions to meet client and initiative goals.
  • Assesses intervention effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
  • Serves as an internal advisor for leaders navigating team dynamics, resolving conflict, and responding to changes in group norms and team culture.
  • Collaborates with leaders to design customized solutions for navigating change in their departments and/or on cross-functional teams.
  • Represent OD in interactions with all levels of the organization - ranging from executives, faculty, directors, manager, supervisors and front-line team members.
  • Communicate with external consultants and vendors to explore opportunities to collaborate or contract for services needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Workday ERP Experience
  • 5 years of commensurate experience in Organizational Development or a related field or a Master's degree and 3 year of experience.
