A Day in the Life of an Associate Attorney

As an Associate Attorney , you will work closely with experienced legal professionals on a variety of litigation and transactional matters. You’ll be involved in everything from drafting contracts to representing clients in legal proceedings. This role offers exposure to a diverse range of cases, allowing you to develop your skills and grow within the firm.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in both litigation and transactional matters
• Drafting legal documents, contracts, and pleadings
• Conducting legal research to support case strategies
• Representing clients in court and administrative hearings
• Collaborating with senior attorneys on case strategy and client advisement

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the California State Bar (or pending admission)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• 0-2 years of legal experience, with a strong interest in litigation and transactions
• Experience doing a lot of research and support
